Yuanyao's 2-Zone Thermal Shock Test Chamber features a separated design with independent high-temperature and low-temperature zones. Through a basket that moves swiftly between the hot and cold zones, the chamber enables test specimens to complete temperature shock transfer within an extremely short time. The transfer time can be controlled within 15 seconds, with temperature recovery taking only 3 to 5 minutes, accurately simulating real-world conditions where products experience instantaneous extreme temperature differentials. The series offers multiple impact temperature ranges including -40℃~+150℃, -55℃~+150℃, and -60℃~+150℃, with both air-cooled and water-cooled options available to flexibly accommodate diverse testing requirements.

3-Zone Thermal Shock Test Chamber: Independent Zones, Versatile Application

Unlike the 2-zone design, the 3-Zone Thermal Shock Test Chamber incorporates an additional independent test zone alongside the high-temperature and low-temperature zones. During testing, the sample basket remains stationary while airflow is switched through dampers to alternately introduce hot and cold air. This design offers a key advantage: the test zone can function independently as either a high-temperature or low-temperature chamber, achieving multiple applications with a single unit. Moreover, since the sample does not move, mechanical vibration interference associated with basket transfer is eliminated—making it particularly suitable for testing precision electronic components or products sensitive to mechanical shock.
