Defense research is mainly to prepare for military supplies, including military equipment used in the navy, land and air forces. Due to the harsh environment encountered by various military supplies during use, storage or transportation, military equipment is required to undergo relevant environmental adaptability tests and reliability tests before delivery. Reliability refers to the ability or possibility of components, products, and systems to perform specified functions without failure within a certain period of time and under certain conditions.

The environmental reliability tests currently applicable to national defense research include high temperature, low temperature, damp heat, vibration, salt spray, mechanical shock, temperature shock test, sand and dust test, and crash test.

Nitrogen Drying Oven

Nitrogen drying oven provides an anaerobic environment for drying or curing samples, usually we use carbon dioxide or nitrogen for anaerobic heat treatment. Nitrogen is relatively inert, it does not react with stored substances, and does not carry moisture, so nitrogen is often used as a standard medium for pollution-free storage in industrial and medical industries. Because nitrogen is denser than air being low in density, when nitrogen enters the oven, it immediately removes any contaminants or moisture the air may contain. Nitrogen ovens are often used in special fields such as medical treatment, chemical industry, glass manufacturing, metal processing, new materials, nuclear, rubber industry, electronics manufacturing, SMT industry, shipbuilding and aerospace industries.


PCT aging chamber

PCT Aging Chamber (also known as PCT High Pressure Accelerated Aging Tester) is mainly used to test the moisture capacity of semiconductor packages. The products to be tested are tested under severe temperature, humidity and pressure. Moisture will flow along the colloid or colloid and wire. The interface of the frame penetrates into the package body, and the common failure mode is an open circuit caused by corrosion of the active metallization area, or a short circuit caused by contamination between the pins of the package body, etc.

Composite Salt Spray Chamber

The composite salt spray chamber is the closest to the actual natural conditions in the accelerated corrosion test. It is simulated by the conditions commonly encountered in the natural environment: such as salt spray, hot air drying, humidification, low temperature, etc., and can be cycled to do the test. In the test, the main test objects are used in environments with drastic changes, such as: auto parts, aviation equipment, building materials, coating films, electrical machines, etc.


Tunnel Oven

Industrial delivery furnaces are fully functional and can be used for industrial annealing, drying and curing. Widely used in automotive industry, aerospace, such as motor rotor, stator, lithium battery, PCB curing and so on.


Low frequency vibration tester

Widely used in national defense, aviation, communications, electronics, automobiles, home appliances and other industries.
