Nitrogen Drying Oven

Nitrogen drying oven provides an anaerobic environment for drying or curing samples, usually we use carbon dioxide or nitrogen for anaerobic heat treatment. Nitrogen is relatively inert, it does not react with stored substances, and does not carry moisture, so nitrogen is often used as a standard medium for pollution-free storage in industrial and medical industries. Because nitrogen is denser than air being low in density, when nitrogen enters the oven, it immediately removes any contaminants or moisture the air may contain. Nitrogen ovens are often used in special fields such as medical treatment, chemical industry, glass manufacturing, metal processing, new materials, nuclear, rubber industry, electronics manufacturing, SMT industry, shipbuilding and aerospace industries.


PCT aging chamber

PCT Aging Chamber (also known as PCT High Pressure Accelerated Aging Tester) is mainly used to test the moisture capacity of semiconductor packages. The products to be tested are tested under severe temperature, humidity and pressure. Moisture will flow along the colloid or colloid and wire. The interface of the frame penetrates into the package body, and the common failure mode is an open circuit caused by corrosion of the active metallization area, or a short circuit caused by contamination between the pins of the package body, etc.
