According to the protection level of the shell, waterproof test chamber simulates the outdoor rainy climate environment to test the waterproof performance of the product and judge whether it reaches the corresponding protection level. It is used for product design, research and development and factory inspection. It can be used to implement IPX protection type Tests, ranging from water resistance to simulated testing of water resistance, to varying degrees of water pressure on various products and components.

IPX1-IPX2 dripping rain test: built-in circulating water tank, customized dripping plate area.
IPX3-X4 rain test: built-in circulating water tank, the radius of the swing pipe can be selected, and the swing angle range is 0-350°.
IPX6-X5 Spray test: built-in circulating water tank, continuous showering, motor-driven spray gun, up and down sweeping circular rain, can spray in all directions, adjustable (10-30 cycles/MIN); spray water The height can be adjusted flexibly.
IPX7-X8 water immersion test: built-in 304# stainless steel lifting frame, the size and load-bearing of the sample hanging basket can be customized, and the external water level line.
The simulated underwater pressure range can be selected, and the digital display sensor is used to automatically increase the pressure when it is lower than the lower limit.
IPX9K high-pressure spray test: four high-pressure water guns are sprayed according to the standard (0°, 30°, 60°, 90°), the water temperature can be as high as 80°C ± 5°C, and each angle is sprayed for 30s.
