--Large-capacity walk-in structure: The chamber volume far exceeds that of conventional ovens, typically ranging from tens to hundreds of cubic meters. Access is via a sliding door or double door. The interior can accommodate multi-layer shelves or customized tooling, supporting simultaneous drying of batches of motor components and adapting to continuous production line operations.
--Precise temperature control and uniformity: Employing multiple heating elements and a hot air circulation system, coupled with multi-point temperature sensors, common drying temperatures are 200℃ and 300℃. Temperature uniformity error can be controlled within ±1%℃, preventing uneven drying of motors and ensuring performance.
