Vacuum Nitrogen Oven can provide a stable vacuum anaerobic space and temperature environment for heat-sensitive samples. Vacuum heat treatment is suitable for defoaming, degassing, curing and drying principles. The boiling point and temperature are reduced in a vacuum environment, which is beneficial to the removal of moisture, gas impurities and other volatile chemical substances, while minimizing the loss of compounds. The samples are dried under gentle heat with little residue. Vacuum ovens adopt thermal radiation heating technology and windless heat treatment to ensure that the surface of the sample is smooth and does not damage the sample.
Oven temperatures can go up to 500°C, with a standard temperature range of 200°C to 250°C. If necessary, the vacuum oven can be equipped with a nitrogen device to provide a stable nitrogen source for the vacuum oven. The vacuum and N2 gas exchange modes can dry the anti-oxidation sample. In addition to increasing the cooling rate of the vacuum system, nitrogen improves the cleanliness of the environment and helps to clean and dry samples.
The principle of vacuum oven: creating a vacuum, reducing the indoor pressure below the vapor pressure of the liquid, so that the liquid boils, the vacuum pump will absorb part of the liquid, and the temperature will also accelerate the rapid drying of the moisture on the surface of the sample.
