Pharmaceutical vacuum drying oven
Pharmaceutical vacuum drying oven is a drying equipment designed for pharmaceutical production, research and development, and quality inspection. It creates a vacuum environment to reduce the boiling point of materials, achieve low-temperature and efficient drying, and avoid oxidation, contamination, or damage to the ingredients of the drugs.
In a vacuum environment, the boiling point of the water or solvent in the material is reduced, and the water in the material is released in the form of steam through low-temperature heating, which is recovered through the condensation system to achieve drying. This process avoids the damage of high temperature to heat-sensitive drugs (such as enzyme preparations, antibiotics, and biological products), while reducing oxidation reactions and keeping the active ingredients of the drugs stable.
