Clean drying oven is designed to meet the strict requirements of clean process applications. It can remove dust and microorganisms to help to create sterile environments and pharmaceutical environments. Clean ovens are available in different sizes and configurations to meet specific temperature and cycle requirements, and all clean process ovens are equipped with HEPA filters. HEPA filters provide a clean environment inside the oven for curing epoxy or dry, depyrogenate and sterilize parts.
The air in the box is closed and self-circulating, and is repeatedly filtered through the high temperature resistant air filter (HEPA), so that the working room of the drying box is in a dust-free state. The oven provides dust-free cleanliness at temperatures up to 300°C and can achieve Class 1000, Class 100+ cleanliness.
