The PID intelligent temperature control system and high-precision platinum resistance temperature sensor are used, with a temperature control accuracy of ±1℃. In view of the complex heat conduction characteristics of motor baking, the system supports multi-stage heating curve programming to avoid temperature changes that damage the insulation material and ensure uniform and thorough drying.

 

9-point uniform temperature eliminates temperature difference hazards
Through three-dimensional circulation air duct + multiple groups of centrifugal fans, a three-dimensional hot air circulation network is formed. Strictly implement 9-point temperature uniformity verification and calibration. In the commonly used drying range of 100-200℃, the temperature uniformity in the box is ±1%℃, eliminating local overheating or underheating, and ensuring the consistent performance of each motor.
